A week at home and Easter!

Isabelle and I stayed home all last week and enjoyed some pretty nice spring weather. We had a lot of fun and managed to get a bunch of work done around the house. We went to Weaver Lake in Maple Grove and were able to catch a few sunfish right from the dock. Isabelle had a blast catching the fish.

Isabelle had a fun time hunting for Easter eggs in Grandma's back yard. She and her cousins had so much fun that we put the eggs out and let them hunt for them a second time

We had some friends over for the Twins season opener so Isabelle got dressed up in her Twins jersey. As we were waiting for the game to start she decided she wanted to be a baseball ballerina...

We also found time to go sit down by the river and try to catch some carp or catfish. We had one bite but didnt manage to catch anything. Isabelle was really patient...for about 20 minutes. After that we had to use candy, mostly licorice, to keep her interested.

We went to the Otsego city hall for a huge community Easter egg hunt. I was shocked by the huge number of families that attended. Isabelle and was able to find a bunch of eggs and trade them in for some candy.
