whats going on...

The other day Isabelle walked into our room and said..."whats going on daddy"...I had to do a double take, it was pretty shocking. I think I have said this every other post for a year but boy is her vocabulary developing fast. She now says a bunch of phrases that are pretty adorable. It is a lot of fun being able to communicate with her more. We have had a few early signs of the terrible twos...those are the times that I wish we were communiating less!

what a fun weekend

Isabelle had a fun weekend. On Friday she went to an indoor carnival with the Greenwalds. She was pretty overwhelmed with the whole thing but she enjoyed the coloring table, rubber duck game, lolly pop tree and of course the pizza and decorate your own cookie. On Saturday she got to play with Papa, Nana and Cousins Kaylee and Blayne. She did some sledding other fun outdoor stuff. Isabelle continues to develop her language and her favorite phrase this week is "get it". At 4 am this morning she woke and said "milk, daddy, get it" then she said "get it" 50 more times. Unfortunately I had to say no so that made for some really fun 4 am family time!
